Purchase Returns and Refunds Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase on sotera.com, the product can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase date, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, distributor or retailer, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly for more information.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Fill-Rite Company does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Sotera.com does not accept returns on customized or Assembled to Order (ATO) products or items purchased outside of Fill-Rite Company-owned websites. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on sotera.com for the correct item.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.
